The Superset – Super Intense Arm Workouts

There are two types of arm workout routines I like to follow.. Both being super intense and both triceps and biceps being trained on the same day.

I really believe that the best workouts for both the triceps and biceps should involve working both on the same day and during the same workout, unless one can only workout 2-3 times a week and thus has to condense their workouts to training back with biceps, chest with triceps, etc.

Anyway, there is a certain flow and pump you get when combined triceps with biceps.. unlike any you can get if training them separately.
It makes sense to train your triceps with your biceps..


For example, would you train your back for width on one day and thickness another? No..
Would you do incline presses one day for chest and flat the next? No..

It makes sense, if you have the time, to really focus on all proportions of the arm and really get an effective workout!
