For my 2010 transformation I have been taking a variety of different whey and casein products from Optimum nutrition/ABB.
I have been taking BCCA’s and optimum ‘threshold’ before workouts with vassive no for endurance, energy and vascularity. I follow that with vassive c5 creatine after a workout for strength, endurance and size.
Following workouts, I take optimum pro complex, which has been working great – the taste is also fantastic.
Throughout the day I will supplement with either hydrowhey or optimum 100%
I have been taking optimum diet boost and CLA for fat burning.
Essential minerals and vitamins from optimen multi vitamin and fish oils.
I have been drinking protein supplementation by ABB when I cannot get a real meal in.
